SHIPPING & RETURNS
The shipment will be made once the availability of the items has been confirmed and the payment of the order has been verified. Shipments of goods will usually be made through the GLS parcel delivery company and will be delivered to the destination freely designated by the user.
The expected shipping date and delivery time vary depending on the availability of the product and the destination address. When an order contains items with different delivery times, the shipment will be made once all your products are available and the order can be delivered in full.
When an order is shipped, an informative email will be sent to the user indicating the dispatch number and the shipping company.
Shipping methods and cost
• Free shipping on purchases over 40€ (VAT included). For purchases of less than 40€, shipping costs are 5€ (VAT included).
• Free shipping on purchases over 70€ (VAT included). For purchases of less than 70€, shipping costs are 7€ (VAT included).
• Free shipping on purchases over 100€. For purchases of less than 100€, shipping costs are 12€ (VAT included).
For deliveries in the Canary Islands, the applicable rates are as follows:
• For purchases from 0€ to 40€: 25€ shipping costs (VAT included).
• For purchases from 40€ to 70€: 35€ shipping costs (VAT included).
• For purchases from 70€ to 100€: 50€ shipping costs (VAT included).
• For purchases from 100€ to 150€: 60€ shipping costs (VAT included).
• For purchases from 150€: 120€ shipping costs (VAT included).
AiureDeco will not bear the costs of the DUA.
Ceuta and Melilla
For deliveries to Ceuta and Melilla, the following conditions apply:
• For purchases from 0€ to 40€: 35€ shipping costs (VAT included).
• For purchases from 40€ to 70€: 45€ shipping costs (VAT included).
• For purchases from 70€ to 100€: 60€ shipping costs (VAT included).
• For purchases from 100€ to 150€: 70€ shipping costs (VAT included).
• For purchases from 150€: 150€ shipping costs (VAT included).
Free shipping from 150 €. For shipments below this amount, transport costs will be charged according to the following classification by geographical area:
Zone 1: Andorra, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, metropolitan France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic. For purchases under 150€ in Zone 1 countries, shipping costs are 35€ (VAT included).
Zone 2: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Sweden. For purchases under 150€ in Zone 2 countries, shipping costs are 40€ (VAT included).
Zone 3: Corsica and Norway. For purchases under 150€ in Zone 3 countries, shipping costs are 50€ (VAT included).
The user must check at the time of delivery whether the shipment is correct. Should you notice any damage to the packaging, discrepancies or problems with your order, you must note this on the delivery note, sign it and inform us by email at [email protected].

The deadline for the return of any product purchased on the website will be 20 calendar days from the date of receipt thereof. The customer will make the return through a transport agency or courier of their choice and will be responsible for bearing the direct costs of return (return postage).
The articles must be returned in perfect condition and protected with the packaging to avoid possible breakage and deterioration. Likewise, the products must be returned as they were received, with all the manuals, cables, accessories, packaging, etc. AiureDeco S.L. will check all returned items and will not accept any material that is not in perfect condition.
Once it has been verified that the material is in perfect condition and that it has not been used by the customer, the corresponding amount will be paid by the same method of payment in which the original payment was made.
* All returns must be made by means of a transport or courier service.
* In the case of returning the product without protective packaging, leaving the original box of the product damaged, a depreciation of 20% of the amount of the product will be applied.
* Those orders made specifically for a client, in which AiureDeco S.L. had to be provided with stock and that cannot be returned to the brand or supplier (that the brand or supplier does not pick up the material), a depreciation of 20% of the total order will be applied.
* The products may present certain deviations from the images on the website, as well as improvements in design and performance. These modifications are updates made by the manufacturers to always guarantee the maximum quality of the product.
* If at the time of delivery of an order, any product has defects in operation or finish, breakage or errors in the reference, you should contact us through the email account [email protected] indicating the nature of the problem. You may be asked for images and videos of the incident in question.
If we consider that the claim of the incident is relevant and legitimate, the technical team will contact the customer to arrange a date and time for the collection of the order and AiureDeco will bear the cost of the return. The user will be able to choose between two options:
-To make the return and request the refund of the amount paid.
-To return the product and request the restitution of the product for the same article in perfect conditions.
How to request a refund
To request a return, the customer must write an email to the email account [email protected]. Once your return request has been accepted, you should prepare your package and send it by the transport agency of your choice to the following address:

Shipping costs will always be paid by the customer, except in the cases mentioned above.
The product must be returned in its original packaging. The packaging must not be labelled or written on. Once we have received the goods and checked that the returned item is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund it.
How to exchange a product?
No exchanges are possible. A new order can be placed at any time after a return has been requested. It should be noted that the return and the new order are two separate processes.
Cancellation of orders already placed
In the event that you wish to cancel an order, you have 24 hours to do so and you must request it by e-mail to [email protected], indicating the reference of the order you wish to cancel and the reason.
If you communicate your wish to cancel the order more than 24 hours after placing the order, we will proceed to reimburse the amount within 48/72 working hours, applying a charge of 10% of the value of the order for bank management costs and procedures with the manufacturer.
Upon receipt of the returned goods at our premises, we will process the returned goods within approximately 5-7 working days. Once the package has been examined, we will inform you of your right to a refund.
AiureDeco reserves the right to make exchanges only for products of equal value. If you decide to exchange for another product, you will be refunded the full amount of the order and a new order request will be made.
In the case of a product that has been purchased at a discounted or reduced price, we will only refund the amount paid by the customer.
The refund will be made within 30 days from the date of email confirmation and will be made by the same payment method by which the purchase was made, excluding the transport costs paid by the customer. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 working days, depending on bank processing.
Claims due to the poor condition of the goods due to breakage in the shipment or delivery error must be reported within 24/48 hours of receipt by sending an email to [email protected].
In this case, AiureDeco will be responsible for the shipping costs and the product will be immediately replaced by another one, free of charge for the customer.
PLEASE NOTE!! After these 24/48 natural hours after receiving your package, we understand that everything arrived in perfect condition and that the breakage or damage occurred for reasons beyond the control of AiureDeco and the transport company.
Complaints due to defects in operation or finish, breakage or supply error, must be communicated within 24/48 hours from receipt of the goods. To complain about an incident, an email must be sent to [email protected].
In this case, and as specified above, the return postage will be paid by AiureDeco S.L. Once we receive the returned item in its original packaging, we will proceed either to its immediate replacement or to the refund of the amount of the product, without any charge for the customer.
STOCK OUT OF STOCK
In some cases and due to causes beyond the control of AiureDeco S.L. we will not have stock of some products since the majority of suppliers manage their sales under order. This means that, when a customer buys in our web page, we manage that order individually with the brand or supplier and this one, is put in process of manufacture or assembly of the realized order. For this reason, delivery times will never be less than 3 days.
On the other hand, in some cases and due to external contingencies, brands may have a national stock out of stock and delivery times may be even longer. If this happens you will be informed by email at the time of purchase to offer a solution.
If you communicate your wish to cancel your order more than 24 hours after placing the order, we will proceed to refund the amount within 48/72 working hours, applying a charge of 10% of the value of the order for bank charges and procedures with the manufacturer.
